If you place volume through 28Solutio — as a broker, a dealership, a nonprofit, or a counseling agency — tell us what you actually need. We would rather build against a real requirement than guess at a feature list.
The standard plans, used one consumer at a time. Every letter goes out under that consumer’s own name and return address, and every court document is signed and filed by the consumer personally. There is no mechanism for filing on someone else’s behalf, and we would not add one without counsel.
