What is the $39 down payment?

The $39 is the base down payment that activates your Denefits payment plan — once it's down, your benefits kick in and your payments start reporting as a tradeline to Equifax. It's charged once, after your free trial, and never recurs.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, your current plan continues through the end of the billing period.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Annual plans save roughly 17% compared to monthly billing. Builder is $280/year ($23.33/mo), Pro is $490/year ($40.83/mo), and Enterprise is $1,490/year ($124.17/mo).

What is the 90-day results-or-refund promise?

If at least one negative item isn’t removed or modified within 90 days of your paid subscription, we refund your subscription payments. This applies to all paid plans.

What exactly does 28Solutio prepare vs. what do I do?

28Solutio is a self-help document-preparation and tracking tool — not a law firm. We generate dispute letters, court forms, and enforcement documents for you to review, then you file them with the court and appear pro se (representing yourself). A third-party process server from our marketplace handles service of process and charges their own separate fee directly to you.

What are court filing fees, and do you charge extra for them?

Court filing fees are set by your court and paid directly to the clerk — often $0 if you qualify for a fee waiver (we generate the waiver form). We never mark up or collect court fees on your behalf.

How does the process-server marketplace work?

When you need papers served, we match you with a registered process server in your area and generate the POS-010 form. You pay the server directly for their service — that fee goes to them, not to us.
